It's not perfect, but it's great for training in that it's consistent. If you don't have one, it uses virtual power from a speed sensor and a vendor supplied power curve. You don't have to own a power meter to use these, but you can. Once your workout is completed it’s saved to the app’s folder so that you can then upload it to Strava, Golden Cheetah, Training Peaks etc. Integration: Strava, Golden Cheetah, Training Peaks etc. You can select from over 800 workouts or follow one of several training plans. but I’m really about to give up for 2021 and just. I consider this the preferred way to do it.

You can create your own workouts in both. TrainerRoad is a training tool providing structured workouts. GoldenCheetah install on Raspberry pi 4 with Raspbian Buster. PerfPro is a whole another level of indoor training. More user friendly, but, again, no comparison.

Trainer Road is not about data other than the simplest stuff.
